Font unembedded issue while using "PDF optimizer" option in acrobat professional.

Hi,

We have optimised the PDF using "Optimised PDF" option in Acrobat with attached setting. (i.e., "Fonts" button enabled (refer screenshot 1)). Due to this, Helvetica font was getting unembedded in processed optimised file (refer screenshot 3). Could you please advise why that "helvetica font" are automatically present in "fonts to unembed" column box (refer screenshot 2). Even we have not manually moved any fonts to "fonts to unembed" column box and it has happened in particularly one user system. Please advise to rectify this issue for us. it would be much helpful.

We are using adobe acrobat professional 8 and X1 software.
