I have a strange bug.

The PDF preview of Windows show me that this field is filled :

But if I open the PDF this particular field is not filled (some other fields are in fact field but some aren't) :

If I open the PDF in Edge it's filled like supposed to.

What can I do to solve this issue?

Hi @Jonathan Quintin ,

Would you be able to share an example copy of this file with no sensitive data on it?

It's many PDFs filled by a client for the Canada Revenue Agency, I can't share these files. I'll try to reproduce the issue.

Maybe a hint. I tried to reproduce the issue by complete the form myself with no sensitive data. When I tried to save I got this error :

If you go to File => Document Properties => Description tab, what is the PDF producer that was used to create this file?

Also, can you confirm if this file has any type of document restrictions that may  not allow editing?

The error message that you shared indicates that the file is corrupt or  the PDF structure got partially corrupt.

I would say to download the file first without  opening it in Microsoft Edge or in any other file Preview program.

Just open the file directly in Adobe Acrobat Pro DC after it is downloaded.

I can't see very well on your screenshots, try to disable the highligh to make sure that the text is not the same colour as the highlight colour.
