Hello all,
I'm hoping someone can assist with this issue we are having.
I have PDFs created by saving as PDF from Word. Then adding the form elements in Acrobat Version 2023.001.20143.
When users view the PDF from our website with the Chrome extension enabled, all of the form elements shift down and to the right.
If the PDF is downloaded &/or opened in the desktop app, everything looks correct.
Is there some proceedure or setting I cant seem to find to prevent this?
Thanks.

You should read this article to learn how to force the download of a PDF form:

Really good advice JR, however, I am not sure many people have the ability to dictate .htaccess changes. But really good to know!

Thank you JR. Great suggestion. I'll likely end up doing this. However, Id like to find full solution to problem.

I'm seeing this same thing, looks like the chrome extension has a bug in it, since these file open perfectly when the extension is disabled.

In this case the ultimate killer tip is to embed the PDF into a FDF file.
It forces the download and opening with Acrobat, it's explained here with 3 downloadable samples at the end of the page:

Same issue here. Any solution from Adobe team.

Seems like this is a bugged feature in the Chrome Extension to me.
Is there a way to post this as a bug to Adobe or get some visibility and acknowledgement from them?
