Could you please clarify if this problem occurs with a specific PDF file or with all PDFs? Try opening a different PDF file to check.

 

To assist you further, could you provide the version of your operating system and Adobe Acrobat DC? You can find the version by going to Help > About Acrobat. Ensure you have the latest version (24.02.2089x). You can update by going to Help > Check for updates. After updating, please reboot your computer.

 

Additionally, try repairing the installation from the Help menu (Windows only) to see if that resolves the issue.

 

If the problem persists, please reset the Acrobat preferences by following the instructions here: How to reset Acrobat preference settings to default.
