When the form is opened in Acrobat esign to fill in the form and sign--all the fillable fields can be moved.

Any suggestions?

Hi Heather26890915tbb2,

Thank you for reaching out.

The security added to PDF in Acrobat does not work in Acrobat Sign.

However, in Acrobat Sign, you may assign the form fields to respective recipients/ signers.

Please let us know how you create the PDF form and send it for signature.

It would be helpful if you could share the screen recording of what you are doing at your end and what is not working.

Thanks,

Meenakshi

Thank you for the response.  I did not realize the security settings in Abobe Pro would not extend to Adobe sign.

Thank you for the suggestion of a screen recording.  I've included an example of how the form was created in Adobe Pro and the fillable fields are locked.  But then in Adobe Sign, the fillable field can be moved around in the attachments.

So assigning form fields to recipients is the only option then?
