Form Options no longer displays under Edit in menu bar

To export form data I do the following:
     Edit > Form Options > Merge Data Files Into Spreadsheet
However, now Form Options no longer displays under Edit in the menu bar.
I am running Adobe Acrobat Pro DC Version 2022.001.20117 on Microsoft Windows 10 Pro.

How may this be remedied? Is there a trick or work around solution?

Might this have something to do with it? Plug-In not loaded? It was working before.
