Form to auto send to Mutiple people after 1 signs it

New Here ,
Mar 05, 2023 Mar 05, 2023

Hey,

I am wanting to have a form set up where people can fill it out and it then be sent to P1 (PERSON 1 to approve) then it be send to P2 for approval then P3 to approve then finally P4 to approve then to the final destination (email inbox)

So someone fills it out then it alrerts manger one- they approvbe goes to Manager two they approve goes to manger three they approve goes to manager four then finally goes to the department email.

I want it send automaticlly after each manager fills the form out.

I am wanting to know if this is possible? and if it is possible for it to be done mutiple times as it is a form that is used alot and needs to be put online so we dont have to chase it around the office bouncing from p1-p4.

Thank-you Alexandra

Hi AllzM,

Thank you for reaching out.

The workflow that you are referring to above seems to be achievable using the Acrobat Sign Workflow feature.

You may refer to the information on the following help page: https://helpx.adobe.com/sign/using/workflow-designer-signature-workflow.html

Check if that helps.

We see that you have an Acrobat Pro Team plan.

I am afraid that this feature is not available with your current plan.

Let us know if you have any questions.

Thanks,

Meenakshi
