Hi, I am hoping someone can help me. An employee is working on a pdf file with thumbnails open and for some reason something changes so that when she clicks on a page it automatically changes the formatting/layout completely. This does not happen regularly however it is something that has happened again today.
My screenshot shows the top as it should be and after clicking on it it changes to the bottom image.
I'm wondering if there may be a shortcut key or something she is accidentally selecting when this happens?? I have no idea and google not helping as I dont know what is actually happening.
Any ideas would be very much appreciated, thank you!
