I have a pdf form and I filled the fields as needed but when I'm requesting e-signature, acrobat erase all the data I have filled. This issue was not present last week when acrobat kept the data that I have filled and then request the signature form my customers. Any idea what is happening or is there any work around for a form that I need to fill before sending for signature to customers.

If we get this right, you have a fillable form to fill in and initiate the "Send for signature." Right?
Is this form saved locally or on the web? If on Adobe cloud storage, the data entered in the form saves automatically.
If it is on a local drive, save the form after filling in the details and initiate send for signature.
