Forms: Date time field allows me to pick a time in from to time on a form but reverts

In an Adobe form I created I have a date/time from field and a date time to field.  When I select the from field the value stays.  As soon as I pick the to time field the from field reverts to another time.  This also works vise versa.  My format on the field is h:MM tt which seems to work.  

I have seen several post to manually enter the values instead of using the picker but it does not like the format no mater how I type the value in.  Any help appreciated.

Did you name the fields differently?  Do you have scripts running for these fields?

Yes they are different names and not copied. No scripts also.
