About a week or two ago, all our PDF forms are no longer fillable. Going into "Fill and Sign" tool make it possible to fill out the form, but not the way it should do (text box are not alligned, font is not the same, etc.). Usually we had blue boxes that we were able to click in order to fill out the forms but now these boxes completely disappeared. Going into the form tool bring back the text boxes but it completely messes up the raido button and other options (it seems like it is creating a new form based on a PDF) and when the file is saved and reopened it can't be filled again.
Here is the version we are using : 24.004.20243

It seems the file was flattened or locked. Did you digitally sign it, and/or open it in a non-Adobe viewer?
Can you share a sample file?

Hi,
No the file was not flattened, locked nor digitally sign. It was not opened in other viewer other than Adobe Acrobat. The file is accessible on a website and when we download or try to fill it from the adobe extension in a browser all the filling boxes are not clickable. Here is a form that was working before and suddenly stopped being fillable.

Well, this file has no fields whatsoever, so something must have flattened it at some point. Make sure you save the file directly when downloading it, not via the Save As PDF command of the browser, or anything like that.

The file was downloaded directly from the website and was not modified or anything like that. The fields just disappeared last week. Here the link that will get you to the file directly : https://cssdulittoral.gouv.qc.ca/wp-content/uploads/2024/03/Attestation_de_motif_d_absence-March-202...
Last week this file, and all the other forms, still had fields to fill but it just disappeared.

That version is also flattened. How did it arrive from you to that web-page? Maybe the web-server you uploaded it to flattened it.
