Bonjour, 

 

Je voudrais savoir s'il est possible de créer des formulaires dans lesquels le renseignement de certains champs permet de modifier les mots clés dans les propriétés du pdf ?

Yes, but it will only work in Acrobat. Reader can't change the file's metadata.
