It could be because of the application used to open the files. Do you know where the file is being opened when this happens?

That's what it seems... It happened with Vista Previa (Mac) in my computer, but not on two other friends Mac. So I'm thinking that it should be something with my computer, and no with the pdf file.

Thanks!

That would explain it. Apple Preview is a terrible application that corrupts PDF form fields just by opening the file. You should avoid using it, if at all possible.
