Fujitsu fi-7160 scanner

When I try to create a pdf from scanner, I get a message saying that I need to input page dimensions, but those fields are greyed out.  I'm using a Fujitsu fi-7160 scanner with Adobe Acrobat DC Pro. Is there a compatibility issue between them?

Hi Karent,

Does it allow you to select the custom size as suggested here: Scanning letter-size document results in legal-size PDF | HP | Adobe Acrobat

If not, then try the following-

• Update your Acrobat to the most recent version- Acrobat>help>Check for update
• Try Scanning a different file, does it gives the same error? If yes, use cleaner tool to remove application Download Adobe Reader and Acrobat Cleaner Tool - Adobe Labs and reinstall. Does it allow to input page dimension now?
• Please share the screenshot of the message you see while scanning PDF, along with its settings: https://forums.adobe.com/docs/DOC-7043#jive_content_id_How_do_I_attach_a_screenshot

Thank you, Akanchha.  Here is an update:  One of the Adobe Support folks remotely tried to correct this for me, but was unable to.  The Support person also told me that the Adobe Engineering Team is aware of the problem and will be working to resolve it.  It is bug ADC-4275197that involves the Fujitsu 7160 scanner, but I have a work around for the time being.  I appreciate your help.  Thank you, again.
