FullTrustNotifier.exe (0xc0000022)

Gtting an error that FullTrustNotifier.exe was unable to start correctly. Have completed all the steps as found, repaired Visual C++, reinstalled Acrobat DC etc. All udpates are instaleld on the two Windows 10 machines. Constant popup still occuring.

Same here, and I cannot find any solution to avoid this error popup.
