Hi @Nick32558882i92z

I hope this message finds you in good health and spirits. Thank you for getting in touch.

I understand you're facing an issue with PDF printing. I recommend checking out the help page at https://helpx.adobe.com/acrobat/kb/troubleshoot-pdf-printing-acrobat-reader.html. It provides detailed troubleshooting steps that might just solve your problem.

Additionally, it's worth noting that Acrobat 9 has reached its end of life (EOL) phase. You can find more information about this on the page https://helpx.adobe.com/acrobat/kb/end-support-acrobat-8-reader.html.

If you have any further questions or encounter any difficulties, please don't hesitate to let me know.

Hi,Amal

Thanks for your reply. We have checking out the help page, but the problem has not solved.I provide same detail for you to help me.

Since facing the issue with PDF printing, we have conducted verification from the following perspectives:

  1. Font Issue:We have verified manually adding missing embedded fonts from the PDF to the computer's font library. However, when printing using Adobe Acrobat 9.3.2, the distortion issue still persists.
  2. Different PDF printing tools: We have verified that printing the same PDF using the internal network with Edge, 360 Browser, Adobe Reader XI, Chrome, and others does not result in distortion issues. Likewise, when using PDF editors such as WPS and Foxit for printing from the external network, there are no distortion issues. The distortion problem only occurs when printing using Adobe Acrobat 9.3.2 within the internal network.
  3. Adobe Acrobat 9.3.2 Editor Issue: Apart from confirming that Adobe Acrobat 9.3.2 exhibited distortion issues within the internal network, we also tested copying the same Adobe Acrobat 9.3.2 version used internally to the external network for printing, and there were no distortion issues. Additionally, we verified that standard versions of Adobe Acrobat 9, 10, and 11 from the external network did not exhibit distortion issues.
  4. Printer and Printer Driver Issue: We verified that when using Adobe Acrobat 9.3.2 on three different models of printers within the internal network, distortion issues occurred. However, when using Adobe Acrobat 9.3.2 with different printer models from the external network, there were no distortion issues. We suspected that it might be a printer driver problem. Today, we have requested the expertise of professionals to investigate the issue. But, most of the printer drivers used are up-to-date versions, and the distortion issue occurred with three different printer models within the internal network, indicating that it is less likely to be a printer driver problem.

Now,we have made many attempts, but we still haven't resolved this issue. We hope to receive more advice from you.

~Nick

It's worth noting that our company's Adobe version is currently restricted to 9.3.2 for specific reasons, and upgrading is not an option. Therefore, resolving this issue through a version upgrade is not possible.

Then you're probably facing a brick wall on this, as Adobe does not support this version and will not release any updates or fixes for it. Since you're saying it works correctly in other versions it's very likely a version-specific bug or issue.
