Get rid of or move grey bar in form file

Editing and existing FORM that had gray "highlighting" over certain headings.  Moved some existing text and form fields, but the gray bar didn't move with them.  What tool do I need to use to remove or move the gray bar?  (Gray bar in the center of the blue field

Try the Edit Text & Images tool, under Tools - Content Editing. It's most likely a graphic element.

Thank you.  Got it to work, even though I couldn't find an Tools > Content Editing tool.  May not be in my version,.

How did you remove it, then?

Not entirely sure (as usual with Acrobat), but went to EDIT tool and was able to select it.

That's what I was referring to. Unfortunately, Adobe keeps changing the names of locations of the tools.
