Geteilte PDF Dateien nicht verfügbar

Guten Tag,

ich habe E-mail bekommen in denen ein Link zu geteilten PDF Dokumenten enthalten ist.

Leider kann ich auf diese Daten aber nicht zugreifen.

Die Fehlermelung sagt, dass die Daten noch verarbeitet werden und ich es später noch einmal versuchen soll. Leider funktioniert es auch nicht nach einer Wartezeit nicht.

Was kann man hier tun? Es handelt sich doch um eine Grundfunktion von Adobe die nicht funktioniert.

I would recommend to try pasting the link in a different browser, or try with a different device if you can.

Also, can you contact the issuer to ask if they could check that the file if fully uplaoded.

Without more information, it is difficult to help you.

Thank you for the answer,
I did try different devices: One with WINDOWS 11 PRO with EDGE and one with IOS with SAFARI.
Both systems show the same error, saying:

"Shared file not available. We're still getting this shared copy ready. Try refreshing after a few seconds."
