Getting My Scan Back to Have One File with Multiple Pages

Community Beginner ,

Odd -- this week, when I wanted to scan mulitples pages into a single document, the system no longer pops up with the feature to scan the Next Page.  It seems to assume that I have one page to scan and automatically saves a single page, and I'd have to repeat the scan process for each of the remaining pages and wind up with multiple saved files for one page at a time ... crazy.  Can someone help me get this straightened out?  I use Windows 8.1.  Thanks

Hi @Yussell313625279nvm

We understand how time consuming this could be.

Please confirm the Acrobat version you are currently working on.

Go to Acrobat> Help > Check for updates and reboot the computer once (you must save all the work before restarting)

To download the patch manually, more information about this release is here: Release Notes | Adobe Acrobat, Reader

Also, update the scanner drivers.

For testing, try scanning to some other application and see if that causes the same issue.

Thanks,

Akanchha

Thanks for your reply ... I'm not very computer proficient ... I checked ... I believe I have Acrobat XI with my Windows 8.1.  I don't want to screw up my computer, so I'm unclear on what to do.
