Getting runtime error like Abnormal program termination in Acrobat DC

Hi,
I have installed latest version(24.002.21005) of Acrobat DC in my Ctirix server and OS build version is Version 1809(OS Build 17763.6189). My adobe plugn-ins are not visible in new UI of Acrobat DC. And so i have to select "Disable New Acrobat" to view my Adobe plug-ins. When i select that from Menu options, am getting below C++ runtime error. After performing Citrix Profile reset, it is working fine. Could you please help me how to fix this issue permanently?
