I am creating a web form and would like the user to input either google or waze map showing their location

This used to be possible with the Rich Media annotation. But since Flash is no longer a thing I don't think it is workable.

You can ask the user to enter their GPS coordinates in one (or two) fields, and create a button that uses these coordinates to display the location in Google Map in the web browser.
You can also convert GPS coordinates to QRCode, flashable from a smartphone.
See this sample file, select a "Station" in the first menu, then click on the Pin icon or use the QRcode:

Thank you all for your responses and alternatives. I found another option as well with my searches. Acrobat v23 allows users to insert an image into the form. I asked users to save the map location as an image, which they then insert into the field. The map is to verify directions to their property.
