This used to be possible with the Rich Media annotation. But since Flash is no longer a thing I don't think it is workable.

You can ask the user to enter their GPS coordinates in one (or two) fields, and create a button that uses these coordinates to display the location in Google Map in the web browser.
You can also convert GPS coordinates to QRCode, flashable from a smartphone.

Thank you all for your responses and alternatives. I found another option as well with my searches. Acrobat v23 allows users to insert an image into the form. I asked users to save the map location as an image, which they then insert into the field. The map is to verify directions to their property.
