I have created a book, then gone into Tools > Print production > set page boxes, and added a 5mm margin around all of the pages. Only after I do the "set page boxes" step, a graphic drops off the document. I can't work out why this is happening...

Hi @Maree27562786cb3f

We apologize for not being able to address your issue on time.

If you are still experiencing this issue, please help us with the following details.

1- What current version of Acrobat are you working with? Open Acrobat>Help>About Acrobat

Go to Acrobat> Help > Check for updates and reboot the computer once (you must save all the work before restarting)

To download the patch manually, more information about this release is here: Release Notes | Adobe Acrobat, Reader

2- Is this a specific document that's causing trouble? If yes, then try changing the following settings and see if that helps:

Navigate to Acrobat>Edit>Preferences>Security (Enhanced)>disable "Protected Mode at Start-up", "Protected View" and "Enhanced Security">OK>close and reopen Acrobat

Note: these changes are only for testing purposes. Once tested, please change it back to the previous setting.

Also, share the error that you receive at your end while editing the file.

Thanks,

Akanchha
