Is there a way to search and find words in a large PDF file like 200 pages and then export those lines to a seperate document? For example, I search for the word equipment and it is on diffenert pages, I want to group all those lines together on to one document or page. What software do I use for that?

The easiest way of doing it is via the Advanced Search window. Search for the keywords you're interested in and then export the results to a CSV or PDF file. They will include the context around those matches, as well as some additional information (page number, file name, etc.).
