Hi! I have taken a picture of my signature with my Iphone and airdropped it to my McBook. The format is IMG. However, Adobe can not handle that format. I then try to convert the IMG to PdF.THat format does not work either. I have found out that I need my signature in another format for example JPG. The problem is that I can not convert IMG to that format. So what to do? Go back to the more easy stnadard ADO ( yoou just take a picture of your signature directly with the camera on your compter) and skip my newly installed ADOBE Pro? Lars

IMG isn't a standard image format. It's something used only inside the iPhone and iWatch so far as I could find that. No idea why your iPhone should be sending that.

in the future, to find the best place to post your message, use the list here, https://community.adobe.com/
p.s. i don't think the adobe website, and forums in particular, are easy to navigate, so don't spend a lot of time searching that forum list. do your best and we'll move the post if it helps you get responses.

By the way, do you say "IMG format" because the file is called something like IMG_1234? That isn't the format, it's the name.

You can easily use Adobe Photoshop to convert your HEIC files to JPEGs. Just import your HEIC images into Photoshop, then go to Save As and choose the Save as JPEG option.
