Have creative cloud suite and suddenly can't access acrobat

My work purchased the full cloud suite and I had been using the applications without issue and now Acrobat DC is making me sign up for a free trial and won't let me sign in to use it.  I have closed Adobe completely, updated my computer, and resigned in and it just starts a new trial rather than letting me open it with my password.  I don't have a code. Looking for help as I use the application a ton.  Thank you!

I am having the same problem. I have...

- signed in/out (both in the app as well as in Creative Cloud itself), when I do this in Acrobat it acts as though it has worked but continues to say I have to activate Acrobat again

- uninstalled and reinstalled twice, restarted my computer

- I have automatically repaired the host file using the Limited Access Repair Tool

I have worked through what I believe is every troubleshooting guide, and none have worked. Have you been able to find a solution that has worked?

UPDATE: Followed the instructions for the answer in Paid for creative cloud, stuck in trial mode  and it worked for me!
