have subscription but cannot use edit function

Hi, have subscription but when Click to edit I get a pop up asking me to upgrade

I have checked your Adobe account with the email you are using on this community and found a new subscription for Acrobat Pro; please logout of the application and reboot the computer once and re-login with the same Adobe ID and check if that works for you.
