I need to do an accessibility check in Acrobat on a document originally created in InDesign. Unfortunately, when I open the PDF in Acrobat, some of the headers and footers do not show. However, if I open the PDF in an internet browser, they show up normally. This happens with a few different documents for me but not all of them. I've searched the internet and cannot seem to find a solution to this. I found a previous thread that I thought might help Solved: Re: Images in header/footer of PDF output no longe... - Adobe Community - 10924535, but cannot figure out how or where to adjust the "Download Timeout" field.

Ah, unfortunately I don't have the ability to download that program through my work.
