Help! I paid for Adobe Acrobat(Full Year) through Apple App Store but cant use on Windows

New Here ,
Apr 28, 2025 Apr 28, 2025

I paid for the full year subscription so I can edit PDFs but its been frustrating as I cant edit any pdf unless im using the Adobe app on my iPhone.. when Im signed into the same account on my Windows laptop or Desktop, it tries to make me "upgrade" as if Im on some non-paying account.

Super annoying.

Appreciate any insights.

Thanks,
Dean

Hello Dean!

I hope you are doing well, and thanks for reaching out.

Adding to what our community product experts suggested. We verified your Adobe ID (email) and see that you have an active subscription to Acrobat Premium mobile, and it covers access on mobile devices (iPhone/Android or iPad), but does not include access to the full desktop features on Windows or Mac. Hence, you are not able to edit the PDFs on the desktop machine. See this article for more information: https://adobe.ly/448fbyU

If you need editing capabilities on your Windows laptop or desktop, you would need a separate subscription for Adobe Acrobat Pro

I hope this helps.

Thanks,

Anand Sri.
