Hi. I am insanely stressed out because of everything that’s been happening with my subscription to Adobe Acrobat and I am begging for you to help me get my money back and cancel the plan!!!
I tried the free trial back in April. During the month of the free trial I had problems with my credit card so it got cancelled, and since then you’ve been emailing me that the subscription has ended and you cant charge my credit card. I’ve tried cancelling the plan – but its not possible without updating my billing details, but if I update them I get charged. SO obviously I didn’t update them. I ignored the emails- thinking you’d stop but you never did. There is NO WAY of contacting you if my plan isn’t active other than a stupid robot chat that doesn’t help.
So today, I updated my billing info and obviously got charged automatically for the plan that I am NOT interested in. And on top of that- If I want to cancel it I’ll be charged 245ILS. WHY??????????? I don’t understand this!!! How can I get out of this subscription and get my 70ILS back???? I’m super stressed with money, I’m a university student and this is causing me so much stress and you have no idea how much time I’ve been wasting on this trying to fix this issue.
