HELP! My Exhibit Stamp stamp doesn't work on the new Adobe XI

New Here ,

Hi, anyone out there in the legal community, my exhibit stamp doesn't work as it used to on the new adobe. The document/artwork for the stamp is saved in the right place I think: C:\Users\AA_Roldan\AppData\Roaming\Adobe\Acrobat\11.0\Stamps

But I cannot edit the name of the exhibit stamp once I stamp the document. It really has me out of sorts. Anyone having this problem? My stamp is not locked.

No, idea what you mean by "new Adobe XI". There is nothing new about Acrobat XI. It is end of life, and the last update was years ago.

I guess it's just new to me/our firm. If you have any tips about exhibit stamps I'm happy to take them. 🙂

Where did you acquire this exhibit stamp?  If you downloaded from the Acrobat Legal blog, then I believe there is a folder level script that also needs to be installed. It should be a file attachment to the stamp file.

You'll find instructions for installing this script here:

https://www.pdfscripting.com/public/Installing_Automation_Tools.cfm

You can also get a new version of this stamp here:

https://www.pdfscripting.com/public/programs/downloadsearch.cfm?searchtype=simple&searchmode=cat&key...

Or I'd be happy to create a custom version for you (for a fee)
