Please help - I had no issues with ,y Adobe until I had to install a new CPU - we downloaded the Adobe XI
AcrobatPro_11_Web_WWMUI and it loaded fine using my legal serial number - but the first time I went to use it a screen came up saying I had it on too many machines and I had to delete one -
the screen says: you can insall Adobe aplications on mor than one computer, activate them (sign in) on two but use them on only one computer at a time ..then when I checked my account it says:
You have no activated devices ?? how do I activate so I can continue to use
I actually have not made any change in the number of machine - just in the CPU - it says it will delete in 26 days unless I remove a machine - PLEASE HELP - what do I do?
thanks - Paula Levine

A change to the CPU counts as a change to the system, requiring a new activation. Your only course of action is to contact Adobe directly via Chat and ask for an "activation count reset". You can do so here:
https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen
(make sure pop-ups are not blocked; type "Agent" to chat with a real person)
Beware of people contacting you via the forums' messaging system pretending to work for Adobe! Only those with an "Adobe Employee" tag under their name are legit. Also, Adobe will never offer to contact you via Skype, or use an email account that's not under the adobe.com domain...
PS. You should not post your email address here, because of the above. I've removed it for you from your original post.
