Help! upload image function

Could anyone tell me how I can make it possible for those who compile the pdf to attach an image from their pc? I can't find the way, I tried to copy and paste some javascript function, it works it opens but once you insert the image it doesn't appear. I'm not very practical, would anyone know how to help me?
