So, I created an e-portfolio for professional/education purposes, and I wanted to find a forever way of keeping it with me because my university keeps playing hot potato with the website company that manages it.

I have tried in the past to use Adobe Pro to convert my webpages to pdfs preserving links, images, documents, backgrounds, etc. It didn't work (this was a year or so ago, so I hoped things have been updated).
