I took a basic form and imported it into esignature as a template.  It works, but we have a requirement for a person to be cc'ed on each use.  How can i make a esignature template auto cc a specific email everytime its sent for signature (or ideally after approved)

We have Adobe pro.

I also created the same form directly in acrobat.  but it think its doing the same thing when you click esignature as if you saved it to a template in the cloud. *shrug*

Any help is greatly appreciatd.

Feature im missing?  Vbscript? other?

Thanks,

Hi Eric32412400pqg3,

Thank you for reaching out.

If you are trying to add a particular recipient in CC every time, please refer to the information in the following help document: https://community.adobe.com/t5/adobe-acrobat-sign-discussions/send-the-signed-document-automatically....

However, if you want to add different recipients automatically to each transaction, you need to do it manually. There is no option for that.

Let us know if you are referring to something else.

Thanks,

Meenakshi
