Help with NEW adobe pro

Help.  I go into my account because I pay for adobe pro and it won't let me download it.  I have downloaded regular adobe and the formate is very weird.  I don't even seem to have all the options.  It also gets popups with erros in it.  This is a new computer and I just did the download.  Help me download Adobe pro please.

Please remove the application using the Acrobat cleaner tool https://www.adobe.com/devnet-docs/acrobatetk/tools/Labs/cleaner.html , reboot the computer once and reinstall the application using the direct link https://helpx.adobe.com/acrobat/kb/acrobat-dc-downloads.html and see if that works.
