Helvetica Installed on Mac, grayed out in Acrobat

Helvetica is grayed out in the font selection on Acrobat. It is an active font on my Mac, I had just been using it in Illustrator, and last time I edited this specific document in Acrobat (June 18th) I was able to use Helvetica. 

Helvetica Bold, Bold Oblique, Light, Light Oblique, Nue, and Nue Light are all active options.

Hope you are doing well and sorry for the trouble. As described the font is greyed out in the font selection in Acrobat.

Please go through the help page https://helpx.adobe.com/x-productkb/global/troubleshoot-fonts-mac-os-x.html and see if that works for you.
