Helvetica wird durch Arial ersetzt obwohl Helvetica eingebettet werdeb soll

Ich habe ein Dokument in dem vier verschiedene Helvetica Schriften verwendet werden die alle nicht eingebettet sind. Wenn ich diese mit der Acrobat Korrektur "Schriften einbetten" einbetten will, wird die Helvetica einfach durch eine Arial ersetzt obwohl die Helvetica auf meinem Rechner installiert ist. Nur per Zufall hab ich festgestellt das die Schrift ersetzt wurde.

Warum ersetzt Acrobat einfach die Schrift? Kann ich das irgendwo einstellen/deaktivieren? So ein Verhalten ist für uns fatal, wer weiß wie oft so etwas schon unbemerkt passiert ist.

Please try the steps below and see if that works.

Go to Tools > Print Production > Preflight select the “PDF fixups” option and select “Embed missing fonts” and click the “Analyze and fix” button to embed any unembedded fonts. After clicking Analyze and fix, you will be asked to save your new PDF document.
