How do I move Illistrations by Amanda  above  written my Niclas Joshua

You can't do it directly, because it's all one big image. However, you can edit that image using something like Photoshop and do it there, and it will automatically update the PDF file with the new image.

To do so select the Edit Image tool, right-click the image and select Edit Using and then the application you want to use. When you're doing making the edits save the image file under its current location and close the application, and Acrobat will update the image automatically.
