About the Task Panel on the right side:

 I want to disable it. so even when I open PDF file, It won't show at all.

Make a link github does automatically shares link, make a special link,
others can see, but only your people can access, by adding index/(65*)/,
for example depending on your document. Okay

Click the arrow to minimize it, then go to Edit > Preferences > Documents, and then select Remember current state of Tools pane.
