New Here ,
Sep 23, 2022 Sep 23, 2022

I have an old MacBook that can't update past High Sierra.. version 10.13...I can't use most features of Adobe Pro because it says I need to update software...but none of the updates I have clicked on are compatible and need later versions of iOS like 10.15..are there any updates i could do that are compatible with High Sierra and would allow me to use the features of Adobe Pro??

Do you mean Acrobat Pro for working with PDF?

If so, I'm afraid not.

Creative Cloud apps require a modern OS no more than two versions back.  Apple has since shipped out Mojave, Catalina, Big Sur, Monterey and coming soon, Ventura.  Start budgeting for a new computer that meets the CPU and GPU requirements necessary to run modern software.

Creative Cloud apps work on:

  • Windows 11 (64-bit), Windows 10 versions 21H2, 21H1, 20H2, 2004, and 1909 (LTSB branches are not supported;)
  • macOS 12 (Monterey), macOS 11 (Big Sur), macOS 10.16 or 10.15 (Catalina).

Hope that helps.
