I can see the post with the same subject, but it's locked (without a solution that works), so I creating a new one.
I could not sync highlights between the Android device (Boox) and the PC app. Reading and highlighting on Android and the next step is working with highlights on PC, but I can see them randomly - some documents show them, some not.
Is any troubleshooting I can try, or it is still a common problem that hasn't been fixed?

Hi juliasabin
Thanks for reaching out. Like you mentioned, highlight doesn't sync between Acrobat Reader android and Acrobat.
So, we'd like you to check whether you can see them synced online via Document Cloud or not.
This way, we could figure out that whether its an issue with the mobile app or the desktop app.
Meanwhile,
1- Install the latest update for Adobe Acrobat Reader mobile and Acrobat DC desktop app.
Open Acrobat>help>check for update
2- Similarly, navigate to PlayStore>look for Adobe Acrobat Reader mobile app and look for available update.
3- Sign Out from the Acrobat DC desktop app and Sign back In.
Click on the profile icon of on Acrobat Reader mobile app and Sign Out. Once done, Sign back in.
Thanks,
Akanchha

For me, they're not synced online via document cloud. I made my highlights on my mobile, and following the steps listed (esp step 3) made me lose all the highlights I made on my mobile app. 😞

Hi @kuan_huai_4301,
Sorry for the troubled experience.
Ensure you are signed in on all platforms with the same Adobe ID(email ID registered with Adobe). And your network is not restricted.
Also, ensure the app on your mobile device is updated. Could you let us know the file you are trying to update? Is that located locally on the device or on Adobe Cloud?
Will be waiting for your response.
