I am creating pdf file using SAP. When this pdf file is open in Chrome, all Hindi font comes as "?" i.e. question mark. When the same file is opened in Internet Explore, Hindi font comes out correctly. Also when this PDF is opened with Adode pdf reader outside browser then also file shows Hindi font correctly. Example from both browser is shown below. FYI I am using Mangal Hindi Font which is unicode font.

Hi Panksingh

Hope you are doing well and sorry for the trouble.

Web browsers use their own PDF mechanism to render and display the PDF content and they are not Adobe dependant.  It is recommended to download the PDF to your computer locally and then open it with Acrobat/Reader DC application.

Hope this information will help

Regards

Amal

Looks like a issue of the PDF viewer in Chrome.
