How can Adobe make their software any worse?

As requested I will be kind and respecful but HONEST. Adobe is just a horrible experience. I don't know where to start... there is SO much wrong with this software. Default white text colour when you're typing on a white page, annoying pop ups constantly, a cursive nightmare (nothing does what it is suppose to do when clicked), endless glitches and forced software shutdowns. Just an embarrassing programming mess. Like something still in BETA from 1998. And the egregious price on top. Charging the most for the lousiest software online - bar none - just Google any review sites about Adobe, they're all honest and it's brutal. There are many other options you don't have to be roped into Adobe unlike they like to claim. The only reason such a shamefully bad company can persist on is because they make people believe they own the PDF format - they DON'T - and only their softawre can edit it - FALSE. I am done.

Unfortunately I agree. I don't find Adobe Acrobat to be user friendly at all and other similar software is usually cheaper and easier to use. Unfortunately most people, especially companies, are afraid to try anything new and would rather stick with what they know even if it isn't really worth the hassle.
