Hi Amal,

Thank you for your answer. The version of Acrobat Pro I use  is 2025.001.20937. I use in Dutch. I heard IA Assistent is not supported in Dutch.

Hi there

Sorry for the confusion, Adobe Acrobat does support Dutch for features like OCR. However, the AI Assistant currently works only in English, French, German, Spanish, Italian, and Portuguese. You can still change the Acrobat app language to Dutch in Preferences, but the AI Assistant will only respond in the supported languages mentioned above.

Regards

Amal

Hi there

Hope you are doing well and sorry for the trouble.

Would you mind sharing the version of the Acrobat application and the OS you are using? Go to Help > About Acrobat and make sure its updated to the latest version 25.01.20937. Go to Help > Check for updates and reboot the computer once.

Also try to repair the installation from the help menu (Win Only) > Rapair Installation and reboot the application.

If it still doesn't work please remove the application using the Acrobat cleaner tool https://adobe.ly/3XVbgkB , reboot the computer and reinstall the application using the direct link https://adobe.ly/48sFAYQ

Let us know how it goes.

~Amal
