How can I adjust zoom and pan in Acrobat DC

Zooming and panning with the mouse is frustrating. How can I adjust the speeds and control directions?

@Tranquil_Captain5556 Both Windows and macOS offer system-wide settings that control basic mouse behavior, including scrolling speed and direction. These settings will generally apply to most applications unless an application explicitly overrides them. For my MAC, I do this in my settings...

But, since I don' t know if you are a MAC or PC user, you can likely look at the Windows icon in the taskbar I guess  and navigate to the mouse settings
