How can I autofill the date for each signer in Adobe Acrobat Sign when each individual signs?

Hi, I need assistance with an Adobe Acrobat template that opens with Acrobat DC. The form requires several signatures and a separtate date field  for each to be signed/completed through Adobe Acrobat Sign (Signature block not desired). I need the form to be able to autofill the date field when each individual signs. Not advance in Java etc. but I might be able to follow some directives. Can you please assist?
