How can I create a multi language form?

Hello! I try to create a formular for our suppliers.

The problem ist that I need this formular in two different languages. Therefor I want to make the user able to switch the language during filling out the formular.

I found al lot about layers and OCG, but no way how to create this layers or groups and to switch the visibility of this layers.

Layers can be created via the Layers panel on the left. Once you created them you can use a script to show/hide them.

This is not a simple task, though, as requires quite a lot of work.

But I dont know what it means "via the layer panel on the left".

On the left in acrobat, I only find bookmarks, thumbnails and attachments
