How can I delete columns and rows from a PDF document?

I have a PDF with columns and rows. I need to delete information in those columns. I can't figure out how to do that. Please help!!!

If you can provide more specifics, it could be helpful. Most importantly, it is necessary to have Acrobat Professional, not merely Reader to edit a PDF. And the quality/makeup of that PDF is also critical to its ability to be edited. Can you tell us more about your document? Was it scanned to PDF? Originally a Word doc? Do you know how it was converted to PDF form whatever source program? Under the right conditions, you should be able to use the tools in the Edit PDF toolset and select/delete unwanted elements... but ONLY under the right conditions determined by that PDF.

Hi Dave,

I’m in the trial period of Adobe Pro. My company created this document for me of all of my active clients. I am unable to copy and paste or do anything with the list. I assume it is a PDF but not sure what kind. They use to supply the ability to put it in an excel spread sheet. They no longer give me the option.. In this report they give me all personal information about the client. I only need the name and address so I can make mailing labels. I clicked on the export the document tab and then clicked on excel. I can delete the column but I can’t save it. Please help!!
