Morning to all,
I need to downgrade Acrobat to a specific version ( This one https://www.adobe.com/devnet-docs/acrobatetk/tools/ReleaseNotesDC/continuous/dccontinuousnov2023.htm... ) the 23.006.20380
But my problem is that I try to install the updater it doesn't work because I have a newer version in my computer. I also try to installa an Acrobat DC 2020 that I found in the forums but the updater doesn't work as well.
Through the Creative Cloud is not possible to downgrade Acrobat, unfortunately...
Which is the path that I have to follow?
Best,
Francesco

Well, you need to uninstall the newer version.

Yes I tried but this is an updater and, of course, if you don't have a program to update.... 😄

You need the full installation files then. You can't use an “update” install package to downgrade. It's not designed for this.

Hello, anyone knows how to do that?
I need a full installer of a previous version of this 23.006.20380 to do an update...
Thanks
Francesco
